Shipping policy

ABOUT YOU 

To Purchase from us the following are compulsory:
 
You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract with us (for example, in England and Wales you must be at least 18 years old); 
 
You are an authorised user of the means used to pay for your order (ie PayPal/VISA etc); 
 
You are resident in a country that we deliver to (Refer to the section on where). 

DELIVERY  

All orders will be fulfilled and dispatched as quickly as possible. Please check you order thoroughly before placing as we are unable to make any changes or cancel an order once placed.

There may be additional customs and duties charges, these charges vary depending on each country. Please note that RELM CLOTHING has no control over no control over these charges responsibility for these charges and responsibility for payment of any such import duties lies with the customer.

We aim to deliver your order within a maximum of 30 days however for International orders, delays may occur beyond our control, such as but not limited to customs checks, movement restrictions, government legislation etc. RELM CLOTHING cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control and cannot take responsibility for these charges and responsibility for payment of any such charges lies with the customer.

PRICE AND PAYMENTS 

Our products and delivery charges are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Any currently conversions shall be carried out by your own bank at your own cost.

We currently only accept PayPal, Visa and Credit Cards as payment methods.

All prices include VAT at the current UK rate. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes for international orders. Please see SALES OUTSIDE UK, CUSTOMS CHARGES AND RETURNS below for further details.

SALES OUTSIDE UK, CUSTOMS CHARGES AND RETURNS 

If you order products from us for delivery to a destination outside the UK: 

Please note that all EU orders will be shipped with all delivery duties paid. If outside of the EU your order will be shipped with duties unpaid and may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when it reaches the delivery destination. Please note that RELM CLOTHING cannot take responsibility for these charges and have no control of the amount and all responsibility for payment of any such import duties lies with the customer. If you require confirmation of the amount of duties payable please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes and your order will be returned to RELM CLOTHING. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. RELM CLOTHING will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.  

If you return any products to us from a destination outside the UK, please ensure that the return parcel is marked clearly with the wording “Return to supplier” or wording having similar effect. RELM CLOTHING will not accept import charges on returned goods.
