A nod to Official BMX Magazine and its iconic logo —
The first glossy BMX magazine in the UK, Official BMX released six issues in 1981 before evolving into BMX Action Bike. The debut issue, published in February 1981, featured Team ACE riders Andy Ruffell and Nicky Matthews on the cover.

Produced by an enthusiastic and talented team — with Richard Grant and Nigel Thomas as editors, Richard Francis behind the lens, Tom Johnston adding humour through his cartoons, Geoff Wiles managing advertising, and Alan Rushton serving as consultant — Official BMX set the standard for BMX media in Britain and captured the early spirit of the sport.
